Now Perez Hilton is suing, Surprise, surprise!

"The suit states Hilton is seeking to protect his rights to free speech and claims Polo Molina attacked him because he made critical comments about the Black Eyed Peas' new album."

The highlight of this year's MuchMusic Video Awards: Polo Molina, Black Eyed Peas' manager, punched Hilton several times, to the point of bleeding, contrary to earlier reports.

The commotion happened early Monday of June 22 at the Cobra Toronto Night Club after Perez Hilton had an earlier confrontation with Black Eyed Peas members will.i.am after he was apparently being rude to Fergie.

Perez Hilton should have expected to be punched anytime, making too much noise talking crap about celebrities. Verbal abuse just pisses us off. Hilton claims to be honest, but there's a fine line between being honest and being a hate-filled faggot. Violence is wrong, isn't stupid terms and hateful comments just as, if not more? It is not possible, not just what he said to will.i.am , but also all the messages of hatred on his blog, deeply wounded their egos?
